    If you are in a tent for 2nd rifle you will want a wood stove. Whether you are in a wall tent or a backpacking tent, some sort of wood stove will make a massive difference in comfort. Even if it won't burn through the whole night.

    Lowa tibet gtx sizing

    I normally wear a 10.5 and my feet are slightlty on the wider side. My Tibets are 10.5 and they fit perfect. I really love them. As was mentioned earlier in the thread, they are fantastic on steep, uneven ground.

    First time backpack hunt meat care

    If nighttime temps are in the 30s or below, the meat will be more than fine for several days hanging in a shaded spot in some game bags. If you put it in a cooler, you'll need a fairly large cooler to fit an entire elk.

    Colorado Rifle Elk Mandatory CWD Testing

    I called CPW yesterday and was told that it is acceptable to bring in only lymph nodes. The woman did caution that it is very easy to get the wrong tissue so be careful. The video on the CPW site shows that they are mroe easily discernable if you cross section them.
