    The 22" 280AI Proof Research barrels on a Savage 110 Ultralites are 1in9 twist. But, if you go to buy a 22" 280AI barrel blank from Proof Research they only offer it in 8 or 8.4 twist. If they know the 8 or 8.4 is best for 280AI in a 22" barrel,, why make it 1in9 for the factory rifle?
