This is a good point. I was talking to their customer service rep and they won't have the shoulder straps I want in stock until October so I have a little more shopping/thinking time!

I was thinking about the quarter panel as well and it looks perfect, I was just wondering if a standard lid could be pressed into service as a meat hauling panel on the cheap. I had it in mind that I'd drop the camp bag, and use the guide lid as a day bag.

I've decided to splurge on a bag that actually fits me. I'm looking at a Kifaru duplex frame, a 60L camp bag with a guide lid and a few accessories. Has anyone here used the camp bag as their main pack? Any thoughts?
Also, could a standard lid be used in place of a grabit for hauling...
