    Early September vs Late September Archery

    Late Sept for me. Trying to avoid super warm days that are more likely at the beginning of season. Just what has been best for me. But i would go anytime, anything can happen

    Affordable cooler for a boned out elk?

    I take 2 120 quart igloo coolers and freezer gallon jugs solid and tape the coolers. Ice lasts 7+ days and stays cool for when you put meat in until I go to town for dry ice.

    Bag boil meals?

    If one were to be backpacked in, how long do you think a burrito that was frozen before you packed in would last? I'm thinking about doing this to break up the amount of freeze dried meals I eat when not staying at the truck. even if its just the 1st or second night.
