They’re good. A little too sugary for me but it will be perfect at the end of a long day of hunting in sleet and snow. The bacon is much higher quality than the other shelf stable stuff I’ve tried.
For meat snacks I eat a lot of Landjagers.

It’s not that hard to add attachment points to your boat. I have a Mule and I added 5 tie down points with Clifton adhesive.
You could add D-ring tie downs and then make a seat out of webbing.
Also, depending on the boat and your size you may be able to sit up on the stern. My buddy paddles his...

I helped a friend build a cold storage room in his shop for apples and deer. He used the Cool-bot and it performed well for a season or two but has not been functional since. He lives on an island where everything metal rusts, so it’s likely that’s what killed it. YMMV obviously.

Nice build! Looks quite a bit stronger than the standard stuff out there.
I’ve modified some ice axes and ice tools and I agree it’s always shocking how little there is holding them together.
