Great hunt. 4 hunter 4 nice black bear. My cape squared 7' and head was 20 7/16. Son's bear was 20 3/8 and was very old. We couldn't square his because we skinned it for a chest mount. 2nd & 3rd pics are my son's.
So, I heard or read, but confirm for yourself. That because the BS in the world the 2020 season was canceled and those that had tags get to use them in 2022??? So not sure there will be tags available for non-residence.
We drew this years tags and are going up in a week. Will let you know how...
So, I'm going to SEAK to hunt black bear for 10 says. Is it necessary to buy g3's for 20 days and never use them again? Or is there something out there that will suffice?
I've got plenty of rain gear, and some chest waders, but come on, $600 for a 10 day hunt for waders?
I take the plates off because I've been messed with because I had out of state plates. People think that just because they live there that they own the sate. Game cams will tell me who has the car.
Would you sell it with just this? If so what would your price be?

I've got full sized labs that go through something like that. LOL. My parents have a door about that size for their Mini Schnauzers. My labs follow them in and out of it.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I may have changed my mind about the BTX. From what i now understand the BTX is a fix powered optic?
Good luck on hitting it Big!
Ben,
I hunted around Ft. Peck Reservoir this year over a Vortex Razor 65 (not mine). Although it works well in the timbered area it didn't impress me in the open areas around the lake. That's why I was inquiring about the 80+.
I do like your idea of picking a 65 up later however.
I know its probably been beaten to death.
From what I've read they all have their pluses. Just read about the BTX 85 and they have me convinced, however the wallet says NO!
