Thanks for those details-- That's a rip off. That tag is going to another hunter. Not only are $320 just to apply... I guess that is the game you play in applying, but definitely highway robbery.- kjellsen10

or assuming that I likely drew the Combo but not the permit, I still would have turned back the combo tag, yet they still charge you for the use of the preference points?- kjellsen10

NR Unsuccessful with 2 points, however, I do have a question.... I did the automatic refund if not successful on the permit..
