Got me a new pack this year. No blood stains or tears, have hipbelt and straps to run the avail on its own.
Large hipbelt on frame and for standalone. Just trying to fund some limbs for this years hunting bow. Would be willing to trade for some long 45-50 lb on 21” riser limbs.
Or 350 obo.
I think Im shooting my bb warf with medium N3 limbs. Kind of want some heavier limbs as Im right about 50 with my current mediums from my barebow set up. I think Im going to start using the warf for 3d rather than my gt29 so as to be more acclimated to it
Scroll down farther I think…. Or maybe I just googled the skylon site to view that stuff. I swear that its on alternative though. Let me go take a gander.
Yeah theres a size selection chart that you can click. My internet is being slow so it didnt load but Im sure I saw gpi info there.
I...
Im shooting skylon arrows right now for barebow. Can get a dozen .166 shafts with .001 tolerance for 60 bucks on alternative. Will likely use these shafts with glue in/glue on adapters from ethics for hunting season
I ordered the new col4800 and xcurve. My krux is 7 or so years old and I was in need of a bigger bag than the 2200 I had on it.
The newer hipbelt is a huge improvement to the old style. I think Ill need some swing out bags for first aid kit and the sort. Going to start loading it up tomorrow...
Im super blessed to have a level4 coach right up the road from me. I was hesitant as when I walked in he had a lot of olympic rigs hanging.
Turns out, good form is good form.
Ive gained more from a few hours here and there with him than Ive got from any piece of gear Ive ever purchased.
Ive gone back and forth from longbow to recurve a couple times in my short journey.
While I currently shoot a metal riser recurve. I think Ill be going with a wood longbow next year. No matter how well I get an ilf system dialed it does not have that mellow “thunk” of a longbow. Idk that this...
Awesome stuff.
Wish we had a later early season here in Wa. It was another dry hot ball buster for me. Im puting in for Idaho next year.
Looks like you are cleaning up on the grouse and getting into elk. Thank you for sharing.
Im in ne wa. We got fires all over. It has become a big part of planning early season. Though completely unpredictable.
Ive got a big fire due north of my fav. spot that I planned on hammering this year. Just took my cams down a few days ago. Elk are not frequenting the area. Thing is Idk if...
I use gg blue top and goat tuff excelerator sprayed onto my wraps.
Using my bitz I am only leaving my clamp on for 15 seconds or so before moving to the next.
Ive been a shit show this year going through bows.
Finally ended up with a 19” tempest riser and put an rcore kteenos grip on it. Feels right at home. Dang sx50 limbs really zip an arrow too.
Ive tried to promise myself that next year no more bows. I need a lot of other gear more.
I sold it and bought a Wengerd ibex.
It was really quick and quieter than my widow. The grip sucked and was not what I was told it would be so I sent it on its way.
