Going to Montana in 2 weeks and was just checking if anyone had a small enclosed marsupial harness for my 10x42 slc before I bought one new. Not real picky on color.
I'm planning on Rifle first. I want to be around 1000 dollars for now on optics. I have never been but a buddy who has been said some long shots are possible. I was thinking buy some used 10x42 binos for 700 and then a rangefinder for 300. Or find a used vortex fury for about 1000.

I just bought a used CA ridgeline in 300 winmag. I really like the fit and finish. I haven't found any good ammo to shoot. It does ok with cheap ammo. What do they seem to shoot the best?
