    Newbies asking for a handout!!!

As a newbie, I'd like to separate myself from the people too lazy to listen to the podcasts, read the forums (and books) and most of all get into the field. Snow Trackers

I use a Badlands Clutch (2900ci) for my daytrips when deer hunting. It compresses a decent amount and easily carries plenty of water. There's a built-in rain fly, bow/rifle rig, and plenty of compartments/access. This year I easily carried out my buck's front and hind quarter (bone in)...

    Montana Rut

I believe my eastern MT deer hunt (Nov 1st-5th) bridged the "start" of the rut. The first day we saw a really nice buck in a bachelor group of three. As the week progressed, we saw more bucks with does, but only at night or in very remote spots. I shot a marginal buck (spindly 4x4) on Nov 5th in...

    Hello from NW Montana

I'm new to Rokslide, having recently discovered this forum while listening to every Robby Denning muley podcast I could find. I'm excited to learn from everyone's experiences in the areas I plan to pursue. If I can provide insight or input from my limited expertise/experience, I'll be happy to...
