    Interesting article on tumplines.

    It would be interesting to try with lower weight to start, and then see if it helps in the backcountry. I'm sure there would be a way to rig a tumpline up to my Sky Archer 6200. Maybe the quality suspension of good packs offsets any advantages, but these sherpas would seem to disagree...

    What do you take or eat right after a workout?

    Hey guys just wondering what you all eat, for protein or else, right after a workout. How many of you guys take supplements or shakes? My favourite is chocolate milk...when its on sale lol... I'm looking for foods that you guys think work for good muscle repair and recovery.
