Archery hunts are during the tail end of the monsoon season. Definitely have the right equipment just in case, but I wouldn’t expect rain and thunderstorms every afternoon.

Looking for a plan to get to a 2x bodyweight deadlift. Plan on lifting twice a week. Yoga, running, HIIT workouts on non-lifting days. Any suggestions? I do a lot of HIIT and cardio but haven’t followed a lifting plan in ages.
Gut shot stinky is very different than spoiled meat stinky. I think it would be impossible to tell if the meat was bad until you had the animal field dressed.
In the unfortunate event that I gut shot an animal, I always use the gutless method to process them.
