Wyoming Spring Bear Tag Good for Fall Also?

As the title suggests, is the Wyoming OTC spring bear tag good for the fall season also if unsuccessful? Can't find it in the regs but I thought I had read that somewhere. DNR is closed on the weekend... Thanks!
