    I hadn’t given much consideration to the prospect of glassing from it. Glassing isn’t a big part of hunting in Oklahoma. Thanks for pointing that out, it sounds like an L would be a better choice for me.

    best caliber for coyotes?

    +1 Too many variables. If I had to pick one, dead was the primary goal (fur a distant second, and I had to be ready to hunt everywhere there are coyotes, a fast twist 22 hotrod is hard to beat. Pick your flavor; creed, x47, middlestead, 250 AI, Swift AI, et al.

    22 LR for sure. If I can only have 1, I guess I’d take a Bighorn build. For sub 1K normal stuff my CZ 452 LH is a pretty impressive little 22.
