    Depending on where you live and what you have at your access you can do a lot of various things. I'm not a huge fan of all these fitness programs but they all have benefits. As long as your doing the other stuff. Good diet and recovery. Some class based stuff at your local gym will help...

    We bought like 400 acre orchard there 15 years ago. My aunt is from the country so she did all the work. Cool country. I keep waiting for them to have hunts but recently she has said alot of elk on the property..might have to get some deer tags and travel soon
