    Bitcoin

My understanding from reading a few of the ETF prospectus’ is that the ETFs will hold actual bitcoin through a custodian. For a large majority of the ETFs, Coinbase is that custodian. So you could think of ETF purchases as asking someone to buy and hold bitcoin on your behalf, similar to a gold...

New hunting arrow setup suggestions, what are y’all shooting?

I’ve been shooting the Sirius Orions for about 2 years and they’ve been great. Come in around 455 grains and shooting around 270fps at my short, 26.5 draw. They were a bit more finicky to get tuned than my 5mm gold tips, but happy with the results. Regarding outserts, I’m using the Ethics...

    Most comfortable sleeping pad

Nemo Tensor insulated is great. I also figured out after several uses that filling about 80% makes it much more comfortable as it lets me “sink in” instead of it being firm and I roll off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Durston X-Mid 1

Best tent I’ve ever used for the size and weight. I have probably 40 days over the last few seasons in mine. This past week I did get stuck in some pretty bad weather and while it held up well, it felt like it started to retain some of the water. Does anyone have a good waterproofing solution...

    Tikka Aftermarket stock LA

Yes. I have an AG for my tikka, but you can’t go directly through AG. Email or call them and they’ll give you a list of partners who can inlet for a tikka. You’re also limited to just a few of the stock options, so keep that in mind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Your opinion on spine aligning arrows

I spine aligned for the first time this year and I can't say if it made a noticeable impact, however, broadhead tuning this year out to 60 yards was easier than ever. Can't say whether it was due to the different arrows or whether I spine aligned them. Either way, wasn't much effort.

    Thumb Releases

I think the Carter Wise Choice is fairly universally recommended and doesn't have many, if any, issues. I've used one for 3D off and on, but I've been using a Like Mike for hunting the past 4-5 years.

    Check your stuff.

Great reminder and something that doesn't seem to be mentioned enough. Have a friend who fired a damaged arrow that splintered into his hand. He still has bits of carbon stuck in there. Valid point. One less thing to think about with a handheld release.

    Elk broadhead

Going to give the Iron Will 150 SBRs a try this year. They were surprisingly easy to get tuned. Hitting with field points out to 50-60 yards.

The Tikka 6.5 Creedmoor Reloading Thread

To clarify, “same” meaning the mag are the same length and the bolt stop determines LA or SA, making the bottom universal. But since the a1 is in a chassis that doesn’t seem to be the case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
