    Coat runs true to size doubt you need to size up. It’s warm and comfortable cheap coat that will pill. Make sure you pair it with a shell as it doesn’t block the wind which works well for actively wearing it. Liked the fit/cut a lot better then the kenai Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Seems like you might be over tightening your harness straps. Try 60/40 rule and make slight adjustments from there. Never personally experienced any digging from my Kuiu pack. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
