They said the boots were stained and not taken care of, which voided the warranty. However, “as a courtesy to you we're making a one time exception to our policy and would like to refund the product.”...
Not following the pant size chart on Kuiu’s website. They list a size and waist for each pant. Size 34, waist 35, size 32”, waist 33”, etc. So if I order size 34 attack pant, is it actually a 35”. I’m closer to a 33” in jeans, which Kuiu says has a waist of 34.” Am I missing something?
