That is awesome! Excited for you. Nothing like the time between the realizing you actually get to go hunt sheep and opening day. Go hard!

Altimeter mitts pretty solid and are nice and packable. Wearing a liner glove can get a little tricky but mostly manageable.
Black Diamond mercury mitts are probably slightly warmer and can be found for cheaper. Burlier construction. I’d recommend sizing up.
Strongly recommend hand warmers...
Imho it certainly wouldn’t hurt. I think something that’s often overlooked is training the rest of your body gets with a heavy pack. Joints, shoulders, core etc. From my experience there’s no way around it other than time and miles. Obviously weight training, stretching, running and biking all...
Definitely. When I lived in a flat area at sea level I’d also look for parking garages and drainage ditches/culverts to practice side hilling. Worked pretty well all things considered.

Listening to it now. What’s funny/ironic is before I quit drinking I’d listen to him in my garage and delete cases of beer.

Good condition. Size L. Super quiet and comfortable, just moving to something a little heavier duty. Used mostly while treestand hunting and one or two days out west. Wouldn’t be selling if I still had opportunity to whitetail hunt.
100tyd. PayPal ff or you cover the fee.
Thanks!

Yep, I’ve got the black ones with the cuff. Agreed not a sitting still in frigid temps glove, but with liners can easily go in low teens if reasonably active.
Dexterity is surprisingly good with them. Can’t beat price.

I’ve looked for feedback on this and haven’t found it. I tried one on in the store in August of 22 and almost brought it home but was done spending money that month haha. I really liked how it felt and fit, but was definitely curious on actual weight and field performance.

Neutrino pro on my list for next puffy. I have a TNF summit that is comparable to Grumman but want to go to next level.
