    Still think it’s a great load, my rifle just doesn’t like it. My buddies Tikka 7 mag loves the 155s. Good luck with the 6.5, I almost went with one over the .270 win but decided I didn’t need the extra reach. I’d prefer to be within 500, and they’re pretty damn close at that range.

    Out of curiosity, what’d you end up going with? I’m deciding between the 129 LRX, 136 TA, and 150 ABLR right now for mule deer and elk. All are over 1500 ft/lbs at 500 yards at my elevation with LRX and ABLR grouping just sub moa and the TA just over moa. Leaning LRX right now.

    Agreed, you’d be very hard pressed to get either to stick. I’d be up to pen something, but feel that it’d be best to wait to closer to the deadline, and then try to get them invalidated so that they don’t have time to go round up signatures again.
