    Hanging game meat in cooler

    I ended up having my deer hang 12 days in my homemade cool bot cooler. 36 degrees. I lost a substantial portion due to trimming heavy rind on quarters. Butcher's never have rind on carcass. How do they store in coolers to accomplish this. How can I correct my homemade cool bot cooler ?

    What are you using?

    I'm already thinking predator hunting. I've used shotgun before for coyote in Colorado but with mixed results. I have had problems putting them down quickly and have tried a variety of 12 ga loads. What combo of shotgun and shotshells work best for you?
