I hunted with Ron this past spring and spent some time in camp. He was just getting his latest book off the press. I’m finally getting around to reading it. What else is new in traditional archery readings ?

I’ve never hunted them. Had some pretty cool encounters on the ground with them while elk hunting. One of us in the group carries the sidearm in the fall. I’m thinking I might need to bring one just in case. I’m going with an outfitter Idaho 15 I’ll be on bait and alone so that’s what raised my...
Going with an outfitter in 15. I rarely take a sidearm for anything. I’m trad guy but I’m thinking I might need a pistol. Thoughts ??

I live in Florida and have never hunted bear. I prefer spending my time out west and I hunt with a tradbow for the past 20 years. Where to start for bear? Thinking maybe a sit with my longbow with an outfitter.
Any suggestions would be a blessing.
