1” low ring for rail?

Hi, I have a long action field craft (270) and would like to mount a 3-9x40 accupoint on it. I don’t think I will have enough tube length to use Talley. I have the rail, what are the lowest 1” rings available? Appreciate the help have not used rings/rail previously.

I think these are lower than most by .1"
