I’ve got a load with 130 grain Berger Hybrids OTM and Superformance that shoots little bug holes.

Anyone hunted deer with this bullet? I’ve run across some fans on forums and just checking in.

I’ve heard decent on them for hunting as well. I only have person experience with the 130 VLD but will be using the OTMs this season if I can’t get my OTMs sold. Just make sure the tips are open before you take them hunting

I’ve killed 3 antelope with it from a Grendel. Not a Berger bullet fan but some bullet weights in certain calibers work well and this seems to be one of them.

I have used the 130 otm for antelopes for the last 7yrs or so from 30yds to over 600yds. Launched from an 18.5" barrel Kimber 84M in 6.5x47Lapua doing 2700fps at the muzzle. As typical with Bergers, put them in the crease and get the knives ready.

I’d fling those at anything within 600. I plan to use the OTMs similarly this year.

I have and still use the in 6.5 CM and a Grendel.
The 6.5 CM was the easiest to load or, but the Grendel took a little more finessing to get it perform like I wanted,(had to seat it out farther).
