Dude you’re everywhere!

My brother just bought a Tikka in 6.5 PRC and I get to work up a load for him.

He wanted me to buy one too but I’m good with my Mighty -08.

I've run em 58-59.5 will good results.. 22inch barrel 2920ish with 565.. h1000 is going to be the most consistent.. and no temp instabilities like rl26

tikka t3x with a 22" proof carbon prefit. using the hornady thingie, for the 156 bergers i'm seeing 3.065 to the lands. any suggestion for an OAL to try at least for starters? berger says max oal for their ammo is 2.955.

Seems like most guys find that bullet shoots well ~.025 off, but every gun is different. There are a lot of people running longer than what Berger says.

Great info, thank you! I’ve found my best is right at 55.5gr H1000 hovering around 2850 and grouping at .29” out of once-twice fired hornady. Really wish I could find ADG!

Going to send it this season but need to do some range validation. Love the rifle and feel these bergers are going to be absolute missiles on mulies.
Crazy how barrels vary

Bump. I'm struggling as well. I'm limited by mag length for seating and struggling. Going to some Peterson brass instead of Hornady to see if I get different results. Also change from my CCI primers to Remington and see if I get different results.
