So I have some stocking waders and wading boots that are very comfortable with them and/or waterproof socks in tandem with wool on skin. Moose hunt.
So, I COULD hunt in them exclusively, but if weight allows, I’d also like to bring a pair of traditional “waterproof” and insulated hunting / hiking boots.
Any suggestions? Thinking $250 or less.
Probably 10 years ago I bought a $100 pair of Red Head 800 gram thinsolate that have held together and amazingly remain waterproof and warm down to low teens. If I thought in could replicate that purchase I’d try, but reviews don’t indicate this to be a good option.
Thanks
