200 gr eld x for Grizz?

I'm doing a dall sheep in the brooks with the possibility of a grizz, I'm setting up a 300 wsm and like to use the same round for target and field. I'm either doing a 165 ttsx or a 200 gr eld x. Just trying to decide if the bullet construction will work with that much umph or if I should go with a solid copper bullet.

I had the 200gr blow up on close range shots from a 300 win on hogs, very minimal penetration. I’d lean towards something more solidly constructed like an accubond, partition, Barnes etc.
