200+ Grain in Tikka 30-06 Standard Magazine

I have been down the rabbit hole today regarding 30 cal cartridges for my tikka. I was wondering if anybody with a Tikka 30-06 is able to run 200+ grain Berger's from the standard Tikka Magazine. I thought the 215 Berger would be nice, but I don't know if it would fit in the standard Tikka magazine without having to seat it deep and loose case capacity.

I think Tikka/Sako magazines are known to not be very roomy. I know for sure that is the case with my Sako 300 Win Mag. My load is 212 grain ELDX with 76.5 grain H1000. It's too long for the magazine. No big deal for me though.

Stock T3x is a 1:11 twist so you also might have trouble stabilizing the 215

If you want to shoot a heavy out of a tikka the answer lies in the short mag.

I have definitely been considering going the short mag route. I wanted to do a 300 saum, but finding brass has been next to impossible. I did find some 300 WSM brass, but I haven't made up my mind on that one yet.

I have 200g nosler hand loads that fit, feed and shoot well out of my 30-06 tikka.

Combining these thoughts above, if it's not going to stabilize the magazine doesn't make a difference.
