11 Days...3 trips...close to 2500 miles traveled...over 70 hours spent in a blind!!

The photos that follow are the result of the toughest and most mentally demanding turkey season that I have hunted in over 5 years. Between rain, hail, 60+ mph winds, and tornados very few things went my way until the last day...the last hours really of my 3rd trip.

Please enjoy...I know that my photos aren't the quality of Brady's :) (AWESOME stuff check out his when you get a chance!!!!)

Driving behind the storm. The following few pictures are of a hail/tornado cell that tore through the area. It produced 6 touchdowns and hail in some areas in access of baseball size while the majority of what hit us was dime to ping ping.

I was caught in the blind between storms. It was dry when I got things set up and 2 hours later as the storms rolled out I had standing water and a VERY torn up strutting decoy fan :)

Strutting behind the blind. I managed to snap a few photos of him and his ladies before I managed to COAX him 12 yards in front of me and filled my last tag.

I was wondering when you'd get your photos up here. Hard work pays off...and it shows on your hunt. Thanks for compliments....but I believe your photos are top notch as well. You really captured the hunt from the start to the end, great birds by the way...and I love the lightning pictures!

I took 40 photos of that storm and 10 showed color. I did get some videos of it that I haven't gotten up yet as well as getting some good video the last two days that I was in the blind. I dumped the second bird on film with my Droid X rubberbanded to my Manfrotto tripod :) :) !!!!!

Glad that you liked the photos :)
