Thanks everyone for all the nice comments. I decided to get a pedestal mount done so I started building the habitat.

The trim is just sitting there since I still have to build a rock around the base, I didn't want to get plaster all over it.

I'll try to keep updating the steps to build the rock as I go. Never done this before so not sure how it will turn out. My taxidermist seems to think he should be done by mid April so hopefully this project turns out. Sure wish I had tall ceilings.
