243win in defiance xm length?

I am thinkin about putting together a 243win for heavy mono's built on a defiance anti xm length (3.2" box) action. Does anyone out there know if it would function, feed reliably?The xm length action would give me alot more options in the future if I get sick of the 243win.

Was going to ask the same question, but for 6mm Creed. Wanted to know what issues may arise going to the 3.2" action.
