What do you want to hunt with it?

I shot several antelope with IMR 4831 + 100gr Hornady @ 3275 fps

My "new" load is H4350 + 100gr Nosler Ballistic Tip @ 3350 fps

Another load I've used is H4350 + 85gr Barnes TTSX @ 3550 fps

I've loaded 115gr bullets with Retumbo and shot them at the range but haven't used them on game yet. Retumbo produces very good velocities with heavier bullets (115gr Nosler BT @ 3100 fps)

In general, I would recommend H4350 with lighter bullets and Retumbo for heavier bullets.

I had a difficult time finding a bullet/powder combo my rifle liked.
I ended up with a 87 Grain Hornady SP and IMR 4350. It works and I don't have pressure issues. It works well enough that I'll be using it on antelope and deer this year. I'll try to remember to come back and give some info on how it worked, as I leave for WY in a couple of weeks. I feel preety confident with this load out to 400Yards, FYI.
One word of caution, from my expirience some rifles can be real finicky about what powder they like. Pay close attention to pressure signs and if you're showing pressure signs with mid-range loads try another powder.

My wife has a Remington Mountain Rifle in 25-06 with the 22" barrel (should be 24"). I use the following:
Winchester brass
Federal 210 Match primer
IMR4350 - 49.0 grs. (H4350 is worth checking out as is H4831SC)
120 gr. Nosler Partition
Chronographed at 3000 fps exactly

This rifle has taken antelope, coyotes, deer, and two elk now. One large cow at 250 yards by a young man on his first hunt, and a spike bull I shot at about 350 yards. It works great and it's hard to beat the Partition. Another good one to try would be the 110 gr. Accubond by Nosler. Either of those two bullets would work for anything you might hunt with a 25-06.

One shot at 250 yards. She ran 40 yards and dropped.

My gun (T/C Encore Pistol 15" barrel) has a definite preference for the heavier (115 gr. bullets). Factory velocities are easily duplicated with RL-19 (Federal w/117 Sierra). The accuracy leaders so far are A-4350 and H-4832SC. I am doing some testing with RL-22, RL-25, and IMR-7828, and will post the results at a later date. My standard primer is the Federal LR (F-210), and I sometimes use the Federal Magnum Primer (F-215) with the larger charges of RL-25 and IMR-7828. My method is to mike the case head of an unfired factory case and a fired factory case, and keep my loads within those expansion limits. I tried the Nosler E-Tip 100 gr. bullet, but blew a primer on a less than max load. I requested some e-tip data from Nosler, but got nothing, so I used Barnes data as a starting point. The Encore chamber has very little freebore, and cartridges loaded to the SAAMI max. OAL of 3.250 contact the rifling, so my max. OAL in this gun is 3.238, which could account for the higher pressure. More on that project later. I use both R-P and Federal cases, and have just received some Nosler cases which I am anxious to try.

Thanks guys. I kinda forgot about this thread. I had like 3 evenings after work to get it scoped, bore sighted, and a load huntable enough to go fourth and kill. Got lucky and struck gold on my first try. H4831sc 115gr Partition necked down 270 win brass and CCI-250 primers. 5 shot groups cover with a dime!! Kid killed a fine blacktail! Gonna mess around with some 115gr BT's and some 100gr Scricco II's. Just for the hell of I guess. Will be tough to top the Partitions!

I'm liking the 110gr AccuBonds and H4831 SC. I won't post the charge as it's a little on the hot side, but shoots great. RL 19 and IMR 4350 have worked well for me also with bullets from 85gr to 100gr.
