I've loaded a bunch with rl22 which is quite a bit slower than 4350 and can get in pressure with 22. I can't imagine you'd get anywhere close to velocity with 4350, but it could work.

Yeah….trying to use what powder I have on hand. RL 22, H1000, and H4831 is non existent around here.

Quick searches show 100's and 115's using 55-65grs ofv h4350. Velocity wasn't much better than 25-06.

7828 should be easier to find, and will work much better with those bullet weights in that cartridge.

Right now I have H4350, RL17, 100V, and 8208. Not much for the large magnums.

I have had luck in the past with 100tsx bullets and h100v. One ragged hole.

My 257 load is

69 gr IMR 7828
115 Berger VLD
3250 fps

I could've pushed it harder but this was best for accuracy and decent velocity. I tried H1000 and wasn't getting the velocity the book said I should.
