I believe the head already accepts arca and pic, so you won't need any adapter

Never used a tripod,am im thinking I may use spartan adaptor or front pic rail as my stock is slim and not sure I’ll like the arca.
Is this a good option?

Salmon river has some nice small arca options you might look at one of there plates.
