I'm looking for a good glass optic around 3-18 4-20 5-20 or similar magnification range. Locking turrets plus but not required. Not looking for a busy reticle but will entertain. Under $800 would be preferred. Want a deal, have a couple rifles that need a new optic

For that price your really hard pressed to find something better than the Vortex Razor HD LHT. Simple reticle, illuminated, and two magnification options. You can find them for below $800 often.

Bushnell LRTS 4.5-18x @ $750 new. Nothing under $2000 compares.

Haven’t heard of this one. But that’s another to consider it appears.
You can also start to weigh warranties as a variable into what you’re going to buy.

You too EVO. Respectfully, ditch the Vortex and get the Bushnell before they're all gone. Check out Camera Land.

I agree with Hill. I picked one up based on reviews that I had read on multiple forums. Very happy with the scope. It actually replaced my NF SHV. If it was in the budget right now, I’d be getting another one to replace my Athlon ares BTR. All 3 scopes were better that the viper series scopes imho. But as stated for the price point, nothing compares to the Bushnell

The scope in the photo was purchased from another Rokslider, shortly after completing load dev for 108 Berger EH's in my 6CM. Mounted the scope and shot 5 rounds at 100 yards for zero, hung a gong at 600 yards, clicked 3.3 MILS of elevation, then took two shots with no wind. The scope dials like a NF or SWFA and hasn't budged after 100+ more long-distance rounds and a trip to WY.

For me, 18x is way too much hunting magnification. I won't sell it, but would swap for a LRTS 3-12x or trade toward a NF compact.

I have a Burris xtr 3 I would sell. It’s a 3.3-18, but it will cost a bit more. If your interested just let me know.

I'll have to look at the bushnell, the 4.5 is a little more than I'm looking for on the low end, but it would work with one of the guns
