I would 2nd Excaliber's load, 180 gr. Accubond RL-22 74.5 grain or 75.0 grain running 3,075 fps. Most accurate load

No idea speed but I used this for the first 100 rounds for my T3x 300 win mag. 0.48" 8 shot group at 100 yards at the end. Trying some other bullets out instead; 180 Accubond, 185 and 210 VLD.

H4831 72 grain
180 grain Interlock
Nosler brass
3.340" COAL to fit stock magazine
Winchester LRM Primers

I've had success with 75.5gr RL22, Fed 215 and any 180gr bullet. The 180 AB shoots sub-moa. Getting about 3060fps in the T3x 300wm.

I shoot a Tikka T3X 300 wm and the load that works really well for me is 180 grn Barnes TSX with ramshock powder. I get like 2950 out of it.

There’s too many variables and it’ll change gun to gun. Sierra game kings are some of the most accurate though and perform about perfect on whitetail every one of my .300 win mags shoot em best. The only way to know what’s best is to try it all

Many a 300WM has liked 75g RL22 and 180g Nosler Accubonds. Mine too.
This. Federal cases. I think it would be pretty hot out of a case with less volume. I was seeing 3100 out of the factory barrel length. Its still close to 3000 at 21.75"
