H1000 has been very consistent out of my 300win shooting 210 Berger vld hunting bullets. I load up 76.6 gr and am hitting 2980-2990 out of my 24in barrel. Agree with the above, start a few grains lower and work up.

H1000 and 212 eldx shoots great out of my custom win 70. I believe I’m at 3050 at 76.2. That is with a 28” barrel

What are you all running for coal? I am limited by a 3.4" winnie mag length. Want to try H1000 with 200 accubonds but am thinking loads would be very compressed.

79 gr of H1000 with a 215M primer and Win Brass with a c.o.a.l of 3.50 in my 300 Win Mag pushes the 200 Gr ELDX to 2960+ fps. That is a compressed load. That's with a 26" barrel.

I'd start lower and work up from there.

Please list brass manufacturer as capacities can vary a good bit with 300 WM.

With 215 Berger’s my havak seems to like 76.6 gr h1000 in Norma brass, 215m primer. It’s jumping 0.050” which is somewhere around 3.580 coal. It has shot well a little higher in the mid 77 grain charges but seems less consistent.

2890 FPS with 26” barrel.

Spent some time working up a few different loads over the weekend, Using Federal brass anywhere between 75.5 and 76gr H1000 with a 200gr ELDX shot 3/4" pretty consistently with a .010" jump. Not nearly as hot as some of you are getting here, this load was around 2900fps, brand new barrel and the temp outside was in the high 80s so once temps drop and the barrel breaks in Im hoping to push it a little faster.
