300 WM / Hornady SST Prep for May Trip

I have a new Christensen 300 win mag I recently purchased and also a trip in May for Bear. I followed the mfr recommended barrel break in procedure with some Barnes 150g TTSX just because that’s what I could find.. It shoot pretty good with the 150’s but they were cheap barrels broke in and I’m out of them.. Then I’d prefer to hunt with 180’s. I was able to find 3 boxes of Hornady 180g SST. Is this OK for Bear? I’d really like to find some Federal Premium or Nosler Trophy maybe Barnes Vortex.. Don’t really have the luxury of being picky with the way things are though. Anyone have experience with the SST’s hunting?

SST will thump anything you hit with it. They are definitely GTG.
