180gr Accubonds work great in my 300 Win Mag. IMR 4831 has always been the most accurate for me. I've tried RL22 and H4831SC and IMR appeared to be the best.

I use the H4831SC in one rifle that I have. Like Witchhunter stated Hodgdon says both are the same. However, equal powder weight charges of the SC boosted muzzle velocity 25 to 30 fps over the straight H4831 in my rifle. I have read that some others have also noted the slight muzzle velocity gain with SC over the standard H4831. The SC meters a little easier. I now use only the SC version in my rifle.

My combo is 84 grains of Magnum and a 200 gr bullet for 2960 in my Tikka.

I really like H1000 and the 200 Gr ELD-X out of my 300 Win Mag. 79 gr of H1000 in WW Super Brass and a Fed 215 primer shoots 2970 fps+. It's a compressed load but really accurate. This is loaded to 3.505" COAL. Work up slowly as this is not a starting load.

I use RL 22 in my WM. Shoots 1/2 moa with 175 gr Barnes LRX. My Chronograph isn't working, so not exactly sure of fps with my load. Going out tomorrow and if chrono still doesn't work, I am calling Oehler on Monday morning and make arrangements to send it in or buy a new one.

Been working a load this weekend with 181 hammers pushed by rl23. Getting .4-.75 groups at 3046-3106 fps. Thinking I'm going to stick to this combo for this gun for a long time.
