That's probably why they have stock, people always only look at what's promoted and advertised. I've personally bought from a few of them multiple times. If you don't feel comfortable nobody is obligating you or anyone else, but if someone is concerned call the business and ask questions.

Additionally the search engine you use feeds you businesses that pay for their stuff to pop up. I.E. Google something and see how many times that stuff comes up in your social media sites. Between internet cookies and paid advertising you likely won't see search results you are unfamiliar with until you get 4 to 6 plus pages deep in your search results.
