I have question. I'm looking at the Christensen Arms 300 WSM. Is the mag box long enough to feed the high bc bullets? The C.O.A.L. would be about 2.860". Looking for any good information thanks.

That’s pretty short, you’d be taking up a lot of the case capacity to fit a 215 Berger in that box

As an option, I know guys that have put the Wyatt's Baney box in their CA rifles. You still get the benefit of the short action but it will allow up to a 3.100 COAL.

When you alter the stock does it cut into the action screw?

I don't know that you have to alter the stock. I know there's a little milling required with the receiver to install a Baney box but I don't know if there is with the stock.
