When I had a WSM I remember being able to run out of room in the case before hitting pressure. Thats what makes it so great. Call Berger Bullets and they will give you a much more accurate maximum charge weight than you can get in a book and definitely more accurate than someone on a forum. I only ever ran heavy bullets in mine so I can't comment on what to actually use for that bullet but I was well over max without any signs of pressure. I ran 68.7 grains with 215 bergers at 2870fps.

Sorry about the double post. Fat fingers. I loaded 165 AB’s in my tikka last year. I’m pretty sure I was at 72.8 gr RL26 and was seeing 3100fps. I believe I started around 68.5. I can look at my notes when I get home this evening. My oal was around 3.05” and my barrel is 21” so keep that in mind.

That would be great. Thank you!

I used sierra’s load data. I don’t think they had anything listed for the ttsx from memory but in MY rifle with a coal of 3.04 I used a 165gr AB and 72.9gr of rl26 and got 3146 out of a 21” barrel. YMMV
