When my kids were little we’d hit the shoots pretty regular. I’d had some medical issues that were a long time to bounce back from. I havent shot 3D in 5 years because of it. Last night I finished a batch of just plain sealed arrows, glued points on and this morning took 3 shots with a bow I haven’t shot in months. (I do shoot other bows daily).
I’d forgotten how much pressure some of the shots could be with ravines behind, rocks underneath, etc. That pressure is good. We need to shoot though it. Was happy with the set up and my shooting and forgotten how much I enjoy 3D. Hope you all got to shoot this weekend. Robertson Primal OD model, 52lbs at 28”, Wapiti tapered cedar.
Couple of pics, hope you don’t mind my sharing. Think I’m going again tomo, my club leaving targets up til next shoot for members to use.
