I use Q2i Fusion X-ii 2.1" vanes that are .43" tall in a 4-fletch. I've used them before in a 3-fletch with mechanical heads and they worked fine, but I shoot both fixed and mechanical so I use them solely in a 4-fletch now. They're more consistent with fixed blade heads that way.

I like 4. Those are slightly less leverage than a blazer with a bit of added length. Q2? Ive shot 3 vs 4 on multiple shafts with multiple vanes from a mild h to 3 degrees. Ill take what i gain from 4 in all conditions over what i gain with three for less resistance. Plus no cock vane is nice. Nock and shoot with no indexing and better cable clearance.
All that said three, fout, 2 degrees, three degrees, it takes a bad day, bad situation or some really good shooting to notice the accuracy difference.
