Not new been doing it for over 15 years. I've looked at the barnes data on their page. I just like to push the bullets. It seems there are hundreds of pages of threads for the 140gr+ bullets but rather few of the lighter bullets. Just hoping for some real world data on it.Yeah, they lump the whole weight class together though. I haven’t played with the GMX, but 3k with the 120gr Barnes is going to be on the hot side. Definitely on the edge for what appears to be a new reloader.

I'd stuff that ttsx over a max load of rl26 and call it good. Not new been doing it for over 15 years. I've looked at the barnes data on their page. I just like to push the bullets. Honestly I happened to stumble upon the 120 tsx and figured with the current state of component availability, I bought them. I have a load with 130 accubonds and have never really much used the barnes on game so. What is the max load for rl-26 and 120s right at that 48gr mark?I'd stuff that ttsx over a max load of rl26 and call it good.
Any particular reason you chose the ttsx over the lrx?

Might be able to squeeze a bit more in there depending on COAL. I can load out rather long so that helps.Depending on your brass right around 48 yes

If weather holds up I’ll hopefully have a report tomorrow. But I will say neither rl-26 or hunter will cut it for me to be a contender with 120 tsx.I would love to hear what the staball turned out like.
So there were two groups of 120 and staball that I will be re-shooting. Had two that were touching then a flyer. These were at max charge of 45.3 and 44.3 grains. Best group is able to be entirely covered by a penny with Superformance, which came as a suprise to me.I would love to hear what the staball turned out like.
I have used that resource, regularly comes in handy.Check out the Hodgson site if you have r already. They’ve got data for 120 grain A Max, several powders. None at 3,000 but a few are pretty close. No data for Barnes that I see but should be a decent reference.

I went and reshot those two groups of Staball today. 45.3grs turned out better than the first round. Not sure if it was the chronograph, but the velocites were kinda all over the place so those will have to be tested again. Here's 45.3grs about 20 mph tail wind.I would love to hear what the staball turned out like.
