I actually just bought the 124gr hammer hunters. Mind sharing your load data? I’m excited to try them out.

I got some Varget coming from gun broker that I plan on utilizing with the hammer hunters. That’s what they recommended for their load development anyhow I’ll try that as well as some H4350.

I’m going to make a thread on the 124 and loading for it. Rona and polar vortex are keeping that from happening for the next couple weeks. Going to run varget as that’s what hammer reccomends.

Yep, I have a T3X lite, 24” barrel. I’m about 5,000 elevation. Lapua SRP, BR4, 43 grains of reloader 16, 124 HH with a COAL OF 2.894. 2940 FPS out of the muzzle and 3/4 MOA.

Hammer recommended Varget but I didn’t have any and worked this load up I’m happy with.

I went up to 44 grains in .3 increments and got a heavy bolt. I still think 43 is pretty hot but it was in a velocity node and no pressure signs I could find.

Killed 2 doe antelope with that load last year, 1 at 200 and 1 at 300. Both pass through a and dropped in their tracks.

Good luck!

That’s pretty much exactly what I use in my creedmoore.
