Drew a cow tag in unit 111 in wyoming. Called the game warden and she said the elk are on private ground and snow will push them off of the private onto public. She also said one ranch gives out permission and its the ranch I stated above. Does anyone e have a way to contact them? She also said to get ahold of Bobby martinez, said he works on the ranch and would be the one to give out permission. So if anyone has any of the numbers or any info that would be great. Thanks
