had this rifle built by Justin Sipp in Hurricane Utah.It has a Howa 1500 action. Rifle Basix trigger. 26” Douglas barrel with custom Sipp muzzle brake. Black cerakote on bolt. Burnt bronze on barrel and action. We added pillars and bedding to the hogue overmolded stock, after inletting it for the bigger barrel. There wasn’t a lot of options for a long action Howa at the time. Talley rings. Vortex HST 6-24×50. Custom Turret Systems turret tape. Vortex low pro level. Warne switchview throw lever..
This is a turn key LR hunting rifle. It has just sat in the safe for a couple years so it’s time to pass it on. Definitely has some cosmetic rubs and marks. I used it for a couple seasons.
Setup to shoot Barnes LRX 145 grain. 3284 fps.
