Let's say you have 800 pieces of 300 prc brass.

300 Hornady 1 fired
200 Hornady 2 fired

300 of adg

200 new in box.

If you wanted to build a new caliber could a person buy a set of 338-375 ruger dies and make 338 brass in one pass of the prc brass?

Yes and same with necking down 375 Ruger brass. What brand dies you looking at buying? I bought mine from CH4D and they may have them already built.
