Rented a Chevy pickup to drive up to Coldfoot and back. Two week
rental. Approximate cost $3200.00. Got my credit card statement today
and got billed another $138.89 for excessive dirty vehicle.
Yeah, some road grime from the haul road. Probably 10 minutes in the
drive through car wash and 3 minutes with a vacuum.
Not that $138 is a big deal, but after spending $3200.00 ??
I called and the rep curtly told me that was in the terms I signed
and that had I paid to wash it, there would be no charge.
Anyhow, beware.
